The responsible controller is the person named in the Impressum. The responsible supervisory authority is located in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Required (automatic): User IDs (Minecraft UUID, Xbox ID, Discord ID), usernames, IP addresses, location info, access timestamps, browser and game version details, language settings.

Through active use: Email address, game profile and in-game statistics, Discord statistics (messages sent, voice channel time), and optional data you choose to share such as birth date or social media links.

All data transmitted to the website is protected with SSL/TLS encryption. Login credentials are stored in encrypted form. No system is 100% secure — we minimise risk through data anonymisation and access controls.
